As part of this change, the Group announces the appointment of Rudolph Hidalgo as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), marking a pivotal step in the Group’s ongoing transformation and development. Frédéric Gauchet, founder and majority shareholder, is stepping away from executive responsibilities to focus on his role as Chairman of the Board and the definition of the Group’s new strategic direction.
Bringing extensive experience in the transformation of industrial companies, Rudolph Hidalgo brings to Minafin exceptional leadership and strategic expertise. His track record includes driving major business transformations, most recently in the chemical industry.
