Louvain-la-Neuve, June 1, 2026 — Minafin Group announces the appointment of Emmanuelle Picard as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1, 2026, succeeding Rudolph Hidalgo.
An engineer by training, Emmanuelle Picard has close knowledge of Minafin, having worked with the Group for nearly five years on its Advisory Board. She brings extensive experience in leading complex industrial operations, together with a detailed understanding of the company and its markets.
