Minh Hua was appointed Chief Information Officer of Minafin Group on January 8th 2018. Minh’s responsibility consists in defining and developing across all business units the information system (IS) strategy required to achieve the growth objectives of the Group and secondly leading the necessary changes to improve the flow of relevant information inside and outside the Group with the view to continuously raise the quality of services expected by our customers, without compromising the security and the integrity of Minafin’s data and systems.
Minh has a strong international expertize in IS/IT globalization and standardization strategies. She graduated as a Civil Engineer with an MSc. in Mechanics & Physics from the University of Liège. She held several IT management positions at EFT and Unilever before joining GSK Biologicals as IT R&D Director (2005-2011). Minh then moved to Magotteaux, a Belgian company active in more than 20 countries where she held the position of CIO in charge of the management of a team of 60 people.
Minh reports to Frédéric Marmousez, the Group’s Managing Director and is based at the Minafin headquarters in Louvain-la-Neuve.
