In his acceptance speech, Frédéric Gauchet, President of Minafin Group, drew attention to the many different specialties in chemistry. The group’s approach to acquisitions is based on acquiring additional skills: “To provide our international clients with a global offer, we must provide a selection of complementary offers. When a new entity joins the group, the new team completes us, they bring with them a new culture and a new approach to our work.”
